Wonderstone Dragonfly Necklace
An amazing pair of mirror sliced wonderstone stones inspired the wings of this detailed dragonfly necklace. The silverwork painstakingly extends the stone outward and also accents the back of the piece (see third photo). These wonderstone (aka rhyolite) are shades of ivory/bone with shades of pink forming the patterns. They are beautiful examples of this striking stone that is found in Nevada.
The dragonfly is 2.5” wide and 1.5” tall and the necklace is ~17” long. The chain has a larger link size and is solid sterling.
This pendant is fabricated by hand in solid sterling silver, with stones wrapped in fine silver bezels.
